How this drop tastes
Sensory profile of ceremonial grade from the first spring harvest – every harvest can vary slightly. Like wine vintages.
L-theanine
The amino acid from shading – calm focus without the jitters.
Catechins (EGCG)
Green tea antioxidants – you drink whole leaves, not an infusion.
Chlorophyll
From shaded leaves – that's where the vivid green comes from.
Ready in 3 minutes

Sift
Sift 2 g of matcha into a bowl – it breaks up clumps.
- 2
Whisk
Add 70 ml of ~80 °C water and whisk into a foam (~30 s).
- 3
Enjoy
Straight up, as a latte with milk, or iced.

Why drops, not a warehouse?
Most matcha in Europe is stale – months on pallets, losing colour and flavour. We searched long and hard for an Uji supplier who guarantees the freshness of every batch. Every harvest tastes slightly different – and we build on that.

Product questions
When and how do I pay?
The reservation is payment-free. In early 2027 we contact you with a payment request – if you're still in. Price: 1 tin 39 €, 2 tins 76 €, 3 tins 111 € + shipping. Delivery in summer 2027, weeks after the May harvest. Until then, cancel anytime by email.
How should I store matcha?
In a tightly closed tin, somewhere cool and dark, away from strong smells. Once opened, use it ideally within 4–6 weeks – and since your tin will be ground only weeks before delivery, it arrives at peak freshness.
