This website is operated by Matcha Latcha s.r.o., Karpatské námestie 10A, 831 06 Bratislava (company ID 57381976).

Waitlist: if you give us your email with consent, we use it exclusively to send Matcha Latcha brand updates. You can withdraw consent anytime – every email includes an unsubscribe link, or write to ahoj@matchalatcha.sk and we'll delete your data without delay.

We store data in a secure database (Supabase, EU) and never share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We split cookies into three categories. You can change your choice anytime via the Cookie settings link in the website footer.

1. Essential (always active)

Technically necessary for the website to work – no consent required. Specifically: Supabase Auth login cookies (names prefixed sb-), which keep you signed in to Latcha Club.

2. Analytics (only with consent)

We currently use none. If we ever deploy anonymous traffic measurement, it will run exclusively for visitors who allow it.

3. Marketing (only with consent)

We currently use none. When we launch ad campaigns, we may deploy tracking pixels – again, only with consent.

Browser preferences (localStorage)

We use localStorage to remember small preferences – the data never leaves your device: your consent choice (ml_cookies_v2) and dismissing the suggestion of another language version (ml_geo_dismissed).
